Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with ERP Software to ensure efficient handling of financial operations (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in conducting sales purchase entry to maintain accurate financial records (Mandatory skill).
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP, essential for managing accounting activities (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and record-keeping purposes.
• Solid understanding of general ledger accounting for accurate financial management and reporting.
• Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable to maintain financial health and cash flow.
• Ability to produce comprehensive financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Efficiency in bank reconciliation to ensure accurate tracking and management of company funds.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
• Process financial transactions using ERP Software and Tally ERP for accurate documentation.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to manage and track financial discrepancies.
• Assist in budgeting processes to support financial planning and operational decisions.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments to manage cash flows efficiently.
• Support the senior accountant in end-of-month and end-of-year closing processes.
• Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate year-end audits and reporting requirements.
