Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D Rendering (Mandatory skill) is essential to visualize and deliver design concepts effectively.
• Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite for producing high-quality renderings, presentations, and design documents.
• Experience with Revit for developing detailed and dimensionally accurate architectural plans and presentations.
• Competence in Lumion for conducting realistic 3D rendering and animations of design projects.
• Exceptional space planning skills to optimize layouts and ensure functional designs that cater to client needs and preferences.
• Understanding of sustainability standards to integrate eco-friendly solutions and materials into design projects.
• Ability to collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ascertain project requirements and budget constraints.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and foster client relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities
