We are seeking a dedicated Field Services Engineer to join our team in Nagpur. This full-time, mid-level position requires a blend of technical expertise and customer service skills to ensure the effective installation and maintenance of equipment. Candidates should have 4 to 6 years of work experience, providing a strong foundation for independent problem-solving and technical support.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven ability in troubleshooting complex technical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Solid experience in PLC programming, with the ability to create and modify programs as needed.
• Expertise in performing remote diagnostics to identify and resolve technical challenges.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.
• Ability to provide technical support, ensuring high levels of system availability (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in equipment installation and commissioning, ensuring proper function and safety (Mandatory skill).
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, crucial for effective job performance (Mandatory skill).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Install and commission equipment effectively, adhering to company standards and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support and conduct routine maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and enhance service efficiency.
• Offer exceptional technical support and training to clients, maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Document all service and installation actions in detailed technical reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and product development.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols in all field operations.
• Manage and respond to customer queries promptly, providing solutions and ongoing support.
