Key Responsibilities:-
● Scheduling and Calendar Management: Manage the executive's calendar,
schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
● Communication and Correspondence: Handle email, phone, and mail
correspondence on behalf of the executive.
● Task and Project Management: Coordinate and manage tasks, projects, and
initiatives assigned to the executive.
● Travel Arrangements: Book travel, accommodations, and transportation for
the executive.
● Expense Management: Manage the executive's expenses, including submitting
expense reports and reconciling credit card statements.
● Document Preparation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and
presentations on behalf of the executive.
● Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide data analysis and reporting support to
the executive.
● Special Projects: Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by the
executive.
2 Administrative
● Maintain Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive
information with discretion.
● Develop and Implement Processes: Develop and implement administrative
processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
● Manage Office Operations: Oversee office operations, including supplies,
equipment, and maintenance.
● Coordinate Meetings and Events: Coordinate meetings, events, and
conferences, including logistics, catering, and materials.
3 Strategic
● Provide Strategic Support: Provide strategic support to the executive,
including research, analysis, and recommendations.
● Develop and Manage Relationships: Develop and manage relationships
with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
● Identify and Mitigate Risks: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the
executive or the organization
4 Leadership
● Lead and Manage Teams: Lead and manage teams, including providing
guidance, direction, and feedback.
● Develop and Implement Training Programs: Develop and implement
training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of team members.
● Coach and Mentor: Coach and mentor team members to help them achieve
their goals and develop their careers.
5 Miscellaneous
● Any responsibility/ jobs as assigned by your reporting manager and/or senior
management team as and when deemed necessary
● Inter-departmental transfers as per company policy as & when deemed fit by the management
● Domestic transfer and relocation as per company policy as & when deemed necessary by the management
