Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized CRM to manage and nurture online leads from initial inquiry through to quotation, follow-up, order confirmation, and final dispatch. The role also involves handling dealer communication and ensuring smooth internal coordination between departments to deliver excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

Handle and respond to online customer leads (website, social media, WhatsApp, etc.)


Provide quotations, track follow-ups, and ensure timely conversion of leads into sales


Coordinate closely with sales, logistics, production, and accounts teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery


Maintain and update lead management systems/CRM software with accurate information


Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and address their queries effectively


Act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless post-quotation experience


Monitor dispatch schedules and coordinate with logistics to meet customer deadlines


Analyze customer data and feedback to improve processes and enhance satisfaction


Prepare weekly reports on lead status, dispatches, and dealer interactions


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field


2–5 years of experience in CRM, inside sales, or customer support roles (preferably in B2B or manufacturing sectors)


Strong communication and interpersonal skills


Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and MS Office


Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across teams


Good organizational skills with attention to detail


Preferred Qualities:

Experience working with dealers or distributors


Knowledge of sales and dispatch processes


Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude
