Qualifications and Skills

  • Advanced knowledge in cost analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting (Mandatory skill).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a cost accounting role within the manufacturing or production sector.
  • Strong proficiency in variance analysis to assess cost control and operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in inventory management to ensure effective cost control and accuracy.
  • Experience with activity-based costing to allocate costs more accurately to products and services.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems for efficient financial data management and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills aimed at process improvement for cost optimization.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analyze day-to-day production costs and execute cost-saving strategies to enhance profitability.
  • Maintain cost records and prepare regular financial statements and reports to facilitate management decisions.
