Key Responsibilities:

- Client Communication and Support:
- Develop and maintain relationships with medical professionals and key stakeholders.
- Provide after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Report market trends to management.
