Job Summary:

The Telecalling Executive in an HR Recruitment & Consulting firm is responsible for reaching out to potential candidates, explaining job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate engagement. The role also involves coordinating with internal recruiters, sourcing basic candidate details, and maintaining records in the recruitment system.


Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Calling & Coordination

  • Make outbound calls to job seekers from databases, job portals, or referrals
  • Inform candidates about job openings and gather necessary details (experience, skills, availability, etc.)
  • Schedule interviews with recruiters or clients as per instructions
  • Follow up with candidates for interview feedback joining updates and documentation

Database Management

  • Update and maintain candidate information in the recruitment tracker or CRM
  • Ensure proper documentation of call status feedback and interview records
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate data and client requirements

Support to the Recruitment Team

  • Assist recruiters in shortlisting and initial screening (basic level)
  • Send emails/messages to candidates with job descriptions and interview details
  • Coordinate for bulk hiring campaigns or walk-in drives when needed

Reporting & Communication

  • Share daily/weekly calling reports with team leads
  • Escalate any issues or candidate grievances to the concerned recruiter

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 10+2 or a Graduation in any discipline
  • 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in HR/recruitment domain
  • Good verbal communication skills in English and the regional language
  • Basic understanding of job roles, recruitment process, and candidate profiles
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, email,

  • Goal-oriented and able to handle large call volumes
