Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated TELE CALLING EXECUTIVE for our various clients in Cochin. As a TELE CALLING EXECUTIVE, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our services, and generating leads. This is a full-time position based in Cochin, Kerala, India, with a junior level of experience requirement (1 to 3 years).

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in tele calling or telemarketing roles
• Knowledge of business-to-business (B2B) and e-commerce practices
• Strong marketing and sales skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with tele calling software and voice over IP (VoIP) systems

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services
• Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
• Provide information about our services to interested clients
