Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team, primarily based in Kannur, Kozhikode, Thrissur, Malappuram, Ernakulam, and Wayanad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of spa operations and will provide exceptional spa services to our clients, ensuring their complete satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have managing treatment schedules and ensuring timely service (Mandatory skill).
• Provides various treatments to spa clients ensuring their comfort and relaxation (Mandatory skill).
• Perform different spa services such as body treatments, massages, hair removals, facials, pedicure, and manicure (Mandatory skill).
• Delivering a range of spa treatments such as massages, facials, body scrubs, and other therapeutic services effectively.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and various spa treatments to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and offer personalized treatment plans.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the spa area and ensure a relaxing environment.
• Well knowledge in spa operations to efficiently manage day-to-day activities and client bookings.
• Proven experience in promoting spa and wellness services to retain existing clientele and attract new customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide professional spa services including massages, facials, and body treatments to clients.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate spa treatments and therapies.
• Manage scheduling and ensure all treatments are delivered on time and with high quality.
