Job Overview

This full-time, senior-level position requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of work experience. The role is based in various locations including Idukki, Madikeri, Murudeshwara, Ernakulam, Mangaluru, and Muvattupuzha. The General Manager will be responsible for leading operational excellence and enhancing guest experiences across departments.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in hospitality management, with a preference for supervisory or management roles in hospitality (Mandatory skill).
• Proven ability to ensure departmental efficiency in areas such as Front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage service (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in maintaining high standards of guest service and addressing complaints effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in implementing measures that enhance the guest experience and uphold service quality (Mandatory skill).
• Strong skills in staff management, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and managing teams across departments.
• Adept at identifying and resolving operational issues promptly to ensure seamless hotel operations.
• Commitment to ensuring adherence to quality standards in all hotel areas, from cleanliness and maintenance to food service.
• Ability to drive strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals and improve overall hotel performance.
