Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Reservations Supervisor to join our team on a Full-Time basis. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. This role is located at our headquarter in Cochin, Kerala, and will focus on overseeing the reservations process within the hospitality industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience within the hospitality industry (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in handling reservations (Mandatory skill)
• Experience with hotel booking systems (Mandatory skill)
• Knowledge of reservation systems, ensuring accurate and efficient bookings
• Understanding of hotel management principles and practices
• Familiarity with rooms division management
• Competence in front office operations and customer interactions
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the hotel reservation process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinate with the front office to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Maintain and update reservation systems with current availability and pricing
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve booking-related issues promptly
• Monitor room allocations and maximize occupancy rates
• Assist in training and supervising junior reservation staff
• Ensure all reservations follow company policies and procedures
• Generate reports on reservation trends and performance
