We are seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer for a full-time, mid-level position to join our dynamic team. The role is based in Bangalore Urban, Ernakulam, or Mangaluru. Candidates must have 4 to 6 years of experience in motion design and animation. Your creativity will drive innovation and visually stunning content that captures and engages targeted audiences.

Qualifications and Skills

• Creating animations and visuals with a high degree of creativity and detailing (Mandatory skill).
• Software proficiency in tools like After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and similar software tools (Mandatory skill).
• Keeping up with the latest trends and advancements in motion graphics and animation techniques (Mandatory skill).
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment of creative concepts with project goals and client expectations.
• A strong understanding of design principles and attention to detail to achieve excellence in design execution.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high quality of work.
• Adapting designs to fit various digital platforms, ensuring consistency and creativity across board.
• Incorporating typography and sound to enhance the storytelling and visual appeal of the motion graphics.

• Work closely with creative directors and team members to execute storytelling through innovative animation techniques.
• Stay updated with the latest motion design trends and tools, recommending improvements for design strategies.
• Manage project timelines effectively, ensuring all deliverables are on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Provide creative input during the development phase of projects to ensure stunning and realistic animation effects.
• Ensure all motion graphics content is consistent with brand guidelines and creative vision.
• Revise and refine designs as feedback is provided, maintaining an open line of communication with stakeholders.
• Contribute to the overall marketing and creative strategy by producing animations that meet company and client expectations.
