Job Overview

We are seeking a highly-experienced Senior Legal Consultant with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of work experience. This is a part-time position with job locations available in Cochin, Kozhikode, Thiruvananthapuram, Ernakulam, and Kollam. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Labor and Employment Law, Labor Relations, and Employment Contracts.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 7 years experience in legal consultation with a focus on labor and employment issues
• In-depth knowledge of Labor and Employment Law (Mandatory skill)
• Strong expertise in Labor Relations (Mandatory skill)
• Comprehensive understanding of Employment Contracts (Mandatory skill)
• Proven experience in providing legal advice and developing legal strategies
• Aptitude for preparing and reviewing legal documents and policies
• Knowledge of EPF and ESIC regulations
• Ability to offer expert legal assistance and support to HR and managerial teams

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on labor and employment laws to ensure company compliance
• Develop and maintain comprehensive employment contracts and agreements
• Assist HR in interpreting and applying legal policies and regulations
• Handle labor relations issues, including dispute resolutions and negotiations
• Advise on regulatory changes affecting labor and employment law
• Support in the implementation of EPF and ESIC procedures and compliance
• Prepare legal documents, including briefs, policies, and contracts
• Conduct legal research and keep the company updated with relevant legal developments
