Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our F&B department. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality service, optimize profitability, manage teams effectively, and deliver an exceptional dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, forecast, and execute food and beverage orders, inventory, and budgets
• Oversee daily operations of restaurants banquet services and room service
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for F&B services
• Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff to ensure excellent service
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams on menu planning and costing
• Analyze financial reports and take action to improve profitability
• Plan and execute promotional events and seasonal menus

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations and trends
• Proficiency in inventory software and point-of-sale systems
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shift

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Food Safety or HACCP
• Multilingual skills are an advantage
• International hotel or resort experience is a plus
