Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Language Trainer to join various CBSE / ISCE Schools in Kerala. This full-time role is ideal for freshers who are ready to start their careers in teaching. The position is open at multiple locations in Kerala. We are hiring candidates from Siliguri, Kohima, Gangtok, Darjeeling, Kolkata, Guwahati, and Cherrapunji. No prior experience is required, allowing recent graduates the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment. Candidate must be fluent in English with good accent.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong command of English language to ensure clear communication and effective teaching.
• Must possess excellent voice and accent skills, ensuring the ability to model proper pronunciation and intonation (Mandatory skill).
• Fluency in English is crucial for engaging students in instructional activities and fostering a positive learning environment (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to effectively manage call center operations and handle communications in a professional manner.
• Graduation in any discipline is required to ensure foundational knowledge and the ability to instruct effectively.
• Voice processing skills to adapt teaching techniques for enhancing students' phonetic understanding.
• Proficiency in business English to prepare students for various professional and academic challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills to tailor teaching approaches to meet individual student needs.
