Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk for our various clients in Cochin. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing large volumes of data. This is a full-time position based in Cochin, Kerala, India, and the ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in data entry.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in data entry
• Proficient typing speed and accuracy
• Strong knowledge of data entry software and tools
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Familiarity with web content writing and online data entry is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Accurately input and manage large volumes of data into databases and spreadsheets
• Verify and correct any discrepancies or errors in data entries
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times
• Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation
• Generate reports and assist in data analysis as required
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry
