We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Professor in Human Resource Management to join our business school faculty. The candidate should possess a strong academic background in HR, demonstrated teaching excellence, research proficiency, and leadership capabilities. The role includes teaching HR subjects, guiding student projects, publishing quality research, and contributing to academic administration.


Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Learning:

  • Teach core and elective HR courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels such as:
  • Organizational Behaviour
  • Human Resource Development
  • Performance Management
  • Industrial Relations & Labour Laws
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention
  • Strategic HRM
  • Develop course curriculum aligned with academic and industry requirements.
  • Mentor and advise students in academic and career development.
  • Utilize modern pedagogical techniques, including case studies, simulations, and blended learning.

Research & Publications:

  • Conduct high-quality research in HR-related fields (e.g., employee engagement, talent management, diversity & inclusion, HR analytics, etc.).
  • Publish research in Scopus-indexed / peer-reviewed journals.
  • Participate in academic conferences, workshops, and seminars.
  • Lead and collaborate on funded research projects or consultancy assignments.

Academic Administration & Leadership:

  • Contribute to departmental planning, program development, and accreditations (e.g., NAAC, NBA, AICTE).
  • Serve on institutional committees and contribute to policy-making and quality assurance.
  • Supervise M.Phil./Ph.D. students and mentor junior faculty members.
  • Build industry and academic linkages for internships, placements, and guest lectures.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Minimum 4–6 years of teaching and research experience in a recognized business school or university.
  • Record of published research in reputed journals.

Preferred:

  • Experience in curriculum development and academic leadership roles.
  • Exposure to HR industry practices through consultancy, training, or corporate experience.
  • Familiarity with academic accreditations and quality standards.
