Job Title: Assistant Manager – Finance & Investor Relations

Job Summary:
We are looking for a competent Manager – Investor Relations who shall be responsible for managing communications between the company’s executive leadership, shareholders, analysts, and the broader investment community. This role involves preparing and presenting financial information, maintaining relationships with investors, supporting fundraising initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and rating requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
- Serve as the key point of contact for investors, analysts, and rating agencies.
- Prepare quarterly earnings announcements, investor presentations, press releases, and other key investor materials.
- Collaborate with senior management and finance teams to ensure accurate and consistent messaging.
- Analyze industry trends, shareholder behaviour, and competitor performance to provide insights to the leadership team.
- Manage the company's investor relations calendar, including earnings calls, annual general meetings (AGMs), investor conferences, and roadshows.
- Monitor and respond to investor inquiries and coordinate feedback to management.
- Maintain up-to-date investor databases and track shareholding patterns.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations (e.g., SEC, SEBI, stock exchange regulations) related to public disclosures and investor communication.
- Assist in preparing ESG and sustainability-related disclosures and reports.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, equity research, or financial communications.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, capital markets, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills, verbal and written communication and presentation skills i
- High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling; experience with investor relations platforms is a plus.
