Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and senior-level Account Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The position is based in Thiruvananthapuram, Ernakulam, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, and Kottayam. The ideal candidate should possess 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in account management or related fields. This role involves managing long-term relationships with our key clients and ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum seven years of experience in account management or a related discipline with strong analytical skills.
- Must efficiently build and maintain relationships with key clients to enhance satisfaction and retention. (Mandatory skill)
- Attend client meetings and industry events regularly to stay updated with industry trends and client needs. (Mandatory skill)
- Ability to prepare reports and track key account metrics to aid decision-making and strategy development.
- Must calculate and distribute wages and salaries effectively, ensuring employees are compensated accurately. (Mandatory skill)
- Maintain comprehensive files of all contracts, insurance policies, tax reports, expenses, and payroll for auditing and compliance purposes.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams to address client concerns and align services with client objectives.
- Strong negotiation skills to advocate successfully for client interests while balancing company objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients to foster long-term partnerships and achieve contract renewals.
- Lead client meetings to discuss project objectives, deliverables, and feedback, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Regularly monitor and report on account performance, including preparing and presenting analysis to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to innovate and enhance service offerings tailored to client needs and expectations.
- Resolve client issues promptly by providing effective solutions and escalating complex issues as necessary.
- Effectively manage client budgets, ensuring services delivered remain within agreed financial parameters.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, proposing value-added solutions to increase revenue.
- Ensure all client records and interactions are accurately documented to maintain comprehensive account history for future reference.
