ACCOMMODATION MANAGER - Full-Time, Cochin, Kerala, India - Senior: 7 to 10 years of experience


Qualifications and Skills


  • 7 to 10 years of experience in hospitality management
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and hotel management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Proficient in front office operations, housekeeping, and food and beverage operations
  • Experience in hospitality consulting is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in hotel management or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage all aspects of accommodation operations
  • Oversee front office operations, housekeeping, and food and beverage operations
  • Ensure high-quality service standards and guest satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Monitor and control expenses within budgetary guidelines
  • Train and supervise accommodation staff
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
