We're looking for Relationship Manager's who will be responsible for building out our sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. You will then monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company's market share. Your collaborative nature and will help you succeed when coordinating with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams.

• ResponsibilitiesDrive sales and build client relationships.
• Recruitment of ASO's and BDO's.
• Lead sales teams and handle recruitment, including Associate Sales Officers (ASOs).
• Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities.
• Work as a frontline sales representative and finish individual tasks while recruiting agents.
• Should be comfortable with field sales.
• QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in healthcare/ insurance sales will be a plus.
• Previous sales experience.
