Welcome to Goodera!

We are stoked to launch the 5th edition of our annual summer fellowship for college students.

So who are we?

Goodera is a workplace social impact company that makes volunteering and giving back simple and fun for employees! ‘Powering the world of good’ is how we best describe ourselves and are driven by this motto for every effort we put into our work at Goodera.

Fundamentally, Goodera believes that every human being has the ability to create change. Channeling this belief into action, Goodera mobilized 300 companies since 2020 to put in more than 1M volunteering hours.

We like calling ourselves the 'Airbnb of Volunteering' in that we strive to create engaging and impactful experiences for employees. Our vision is to change the way people give back to their community and we are looking for do-ers who can help collectively achieve this goal.

What does this fellowship entail?

As a Goodera fellow, you will be part of a 100+ cohort of bright and ambitious students from all across the world and collaborate on strategic initiatives. Some examples are:

1. R&D: Work with our team to build engaging activities around specific causes (sustainability, DE&I, disaster control, workplace equity, mental health etc)
2. Non-profit partnerships: Reach out to regional nonprofits who need help amplifying their visibility and volunteering programs, and help onboard them to Goodera.
3. Content: Providing a great volunteering experience is central to everything we do, and content is a key piece of this puzzle. Work with our marketing team to create strong campaigns around specific causes
4. Help organize a CSR conference to help share ideas around how workplaces can be more purpose-driven and empower their employees to give back.

You will be tasked with projects based on your prior experience and interests.

Duration: ~2 months in summer (June to August)

Training / Mentoring: You will be provided with a mentor based on the project and function you get allotted. This will help you get hands-on training in dealing with real-life business goals.
