Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst(Female) with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will drive business improvements and optimize processes for our genset operations. This is a full-time position that requires deep industry knowledge and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure business goals align with operational excellence.

Qualifications and Skills

• Stakeholder Management (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated experience in managing, engaging, and communicating with diverse stakeholders to achieve project alignment with JMD.
• Business Process Mapping (Mandatory skill): Proficient in analyzing and documenting business processes, workflows, and operational systems to identify gaps and improvements.
• Data Analysis: Ability to interpret and leverage large datasets to uncover trends, measure performance and support data-driven decision-making initiatives.
• Process Improvement: Proven success in leading initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, minimize waste, and improve service delivery within the power manufacturing domain.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with engineering, production, sales, and service teams to align project objectives and foster unified business outcomes.
• Change Management: Expertise in formulating and executing change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and systems within the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze, optimize, and document current business processes, workflows, and operational systems for genset manufacturing and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to capture business requirements, define project scope, and deliver actionable insights.
• Lead data-driven analysis to identify improvement opportunities, measure KPIs, and suggest actionable plans that enhance productivity.
• Conduct root cause analysis on operational challenges and develop strategies to resolve recurring issues in a timely manner.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new initiatives and align project objectives with organizational goals.
• Drive process improvement and change management activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and employee engagement.
• Prepare clear documentation, business cases, and periodic reports to communicate progress and outcomes to senior management.

Qualification: PGDBM/MBA or equivalent with 10 to 15 years experience
