Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Electrical and Electronics Engineer to join our team at Goel Power Engineers. This full-time position is based in Pune or Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of work experience. The role involves working on cutting-edge projects and requires a deep understanding of electrical and electronics engineering principles, enabling impactful contributions to our specialized projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical (Mandatory skill) for designing and drafting electrical schematics and layouts with precision and accuracy.
• Strong foundation in MATLAB and Simulink for modeling, simulation, and analysis of electrical systems to optimize performance and reliability.
• Experience in PCB Design to create innovative and efficient circuit layouts for electronic components and assemblies.
• Familiarity with Altium Designer to deliver high-quality electronic designs, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Proficient in C/C++ Programming to develop software solutions and embedded systems tailored to our electrical engineering needs.
• Knowledge of LabVIEW for developing complex control systems and data acquisition solutions catering to electrical engineering projects.
• Understanding of IEC 61508 Compliance to ensure safety and reliability in the design and implementation of electrical systems and components.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex engineering challenges and propose innovative solutions efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems and components for diesel generator sets to meet industry standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical designs with mechanical and structural components.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of electrical systems to ensure functionality, safety, and performance under various conditions.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including schematics, component specifications, and test reports, for internal and client use.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in electrical and electronics engineering to apply best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
