It was founded in Mumbai by Chef Shivani Sharma in 2017 and ever since, has launched in Delhi, Goa, Kolkata and Dubai as well. The Kitchen Operation Manager oversees the day-to-day activities of a kitchen, guaranteeing smooth operations and high-quality output. This role involves managing staff, coordinating orders, and maintaining inventory control to ensure that all aspects of kitchen operations run efficiently.
