The position is available in various locations including Cochin, Ernakulam, Chennai, and more. This role provides flexibility with employment types such as Full-Time, Freelance, Internship, and Part-Time. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office 365, and Remote Desktop Protocol, among other skills.
- Qualifications and SkillsProficiency in Windows Operating System (Mandatory skill) which is essential for diagnosing system issues and ensuring seamless operation.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 (Mandatory skill) as it is crucial for supporting day-to-day office software needs.
- Capability to use Remote Desktop Protocol (Mandatory skill) to manage and troubleshoot systems remotely.
- Familiarity with Active Directory to manage network resources efficiently and support user account management tasks.
- Strong skills in Hardware Troubleshooting to identify and repair hardware issues quickly, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Understanding of Networking Fundamentals to support network setup and maintenance for optimum performance.
- Knowledge in IT Service Management (ITSM) for managing IT services and processes effectively.
- Experience with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for administering and maintaining system environments.
- Roles and Responsibilities: Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring prompt resolution of IT-related issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, operating systems, and applications effectively.
- Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Microsoft Active Directory.
- Support network and system configurations, including the scheduling and execution of updates and patches.
- Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Participate in system upgrades and migrations, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to services.
- Document troubleshooting processes and procedures for improved support and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network and system security and efficiency.
