- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for end-users.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide hands-on support.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and upgrades.
- Deploy new hardware/software and ensure seamless integration.
- Maintain detailed documentation and generate support reports.
6.Help with computer problems in person or from a distance.
7.Support local users directly and assist remotely when required.
8.Keep an eye on customer feedback and address any concerns.
9.Show expertise in fixing Windows, Outlook, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP issues.
10.Fix operating system problems and set up Outlook correctly.
