Recruiter: Recruiter is expected to post jobs via online / offline mediums to attract qualified candidates
Key Skills:
· Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates
· You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.
· Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
· Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
· Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
· Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
· Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
· Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
Key Responsibilities:
● Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume and phone screens, candidate interview, final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates
● Place and update all job postings in various media including job portals, social networks, community boards and staffing partners
● Excellent communication in English and any two regional languages is required
● Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy for various clients
● Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media channels etc
● Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
· Maintain a hiring tracker of day-to-day activities
· Must know end to end hiring activities
· Connect with the clients on a daily basis through mail and WhatsApp according to their requirements
· Conduct Campus visits and Job Fair drives
· Achieve the open positions of various Clients within shorter TAT / SLA
· Ensure customer receives daily, weekly and monthly updates on the position closure
Key Skills:
● Must possess excellent communication, interviewing and interpersonal skills
● Minimum of 1 years of experience in the bulk sourcing and bulk recruiting field
· Time management skill, detailed-oriented and excellent multitasker
· Lead generation through various social media channels, job boards and field work
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong decision-making skills
Leaves Structure: Every Sunday, & National Holidays
Salary: 15000 to 25000 + Incentives on achieving Monthly Targets
