JOB DESCRIPTION

·        Looking after channel sales, Monthly/Quarterly/yearly sales target achievement


·        Appointing Super Stockiest, New Distributors and follow up with existing distributors.


·        Handling of secondary sales force, motivating and training them to achieve secondary sales.


·        Monitor ASM/SE/TSI/ISR wise, Distributor wise sales performance weekly/Monthly.


·        Planning and executing Territory sales targets and breaking them down to per ASM/SE and per beat and demand forecasting...


·         Responsible for key Account business Development


·        Operating different schemes in the primary and secondary sales.


·        Reporting to GM – Sales.
