Roles and Responsibilities

Purchase and Procurement of Material.

Able to identify the local supplier. (e. )

Arrange Rate and Quotation from vender / supplier Or find best vendor for purchasing.

(a. ) Responsible for purchase related activities. (b. )

Good analysis skills with better understanding of requirements.

Evaluate vendors quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.

Processing of Material Indents, Co-ordination with site team, BOQ/ Enquiries floating to suppliers, Taking Quotations from suppliers, Nagotiation and Material follow-ups.

Desired Candidate Profile

Well versed with ERP and MS Office,

Should be strong in negotiating with vendors.

Minimum Graduation with about 2-4 years of experience.

Comparing price, specifications, packing & delivery dates to determine the potential suppliers.

Knowledge of MS Office Negotiating with Supplier for best price, quality & packing etc & obtaining quotations.

Overseeing Quantity Surveying including client billing/ Extra items/variations/costing etc.
