Role Overview


We’re looking for a sharp, persuasive, and energetic SDR to fuel our growth engine. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking discovery calls for our sales team.


Responsibilities


  • Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new leads
  • Own and run discovery calls to understand prospects’ needs and qualify interest
  • Identify potential fits and qualify leads based on marketing service needs and SEO readiness
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategy and messaging
  • Stay informed about SEO trends, the digital marketing landscape, and competitive positioning


Requirements


  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or SDR roles, preferably in an agency or marketing services company
  • Proven experience in selling SEO or digital marketing services to clients in India and the US
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
  • Strong understanding of lead qualification and sales pipelines
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar


Bonus Points


  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and terminology
  • Prior exposure to GenAI, AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.), or content-led growth strategies
