As an Organic Growth Analyst, you will leverage cutting-edge tools and strategies to drive organic growth for clients while learning to integrate AI workflows into marketing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze organic traffic metrics using tools like Google Analytics to develop data-driven growth strategies aligned with client objectives.

- Conduct in-depth keyword research using SEMrush and other tools to guide SEO initiatives and improve search engine visibility.

- Support the implementation of technical SEO audits using proprietary tools and Google Search Console, providing strategic recommendations to enhance site performance.

- Optimize on-page content by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with targeted keywords and SEO best practices.

- Monitor emerging SEO trends and industry developments to keep strategies aligned with current digital marketing standards.

- Create detailed reports on organic growth performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

- Participate in building scalable editorial SEO plans that drive content efficiency and engagement.

- Experiment with AI tools to enhance workflows and improve efficiency in delivering results.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console for tracking and reporting site performance metrics.

- Experience using SEMrush for competitive analysis and keyword research.

Familiarity with on-page optimization techniques to improve the quality and relevance of website content.

- Basic knowledge of Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Moz is preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) for client interactions, especially with American clients. - Adaptability to take on responsibilities beyond the set job description based on company needs.
