Job Overview


Passionfruit is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Analyst to join our team in New Delhi. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. As a Marketing Operations Analyst, you will be key in implementing and optimizing marketing processes, managing client relationships, and driving operational efficiency. You will collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with Passionfruit’s innovative AI-powered SEO solutions.


Key Responsibilities


- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of services.

- Understand client objectives and develop strategies to meet their business goals through Passionfruit’s AI-powered SEO solutions.

- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and expectations to ensure high-quality execution across all touchpoints.

- Develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target high-value accounts effectively, ensuring personalized engagement for key clients.

- SQL is used to conduct data analytics and manage databases to support marketing insights and decision-making.

- Implement marketing automation to enhance client engagement and campaign efficiency while streamlining workflows.

- Monitor emerging trends in SEO, digital marketing, and AI technologies to proactively suggest improvements for clients.


Qualifications and Skills


- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) for interacting with clients, especially in American markets (mandatory).

- Basic understanding of SEO or digital marketing concepts (preferred).

- Proficiency in Google Analytics for tracking performance metrics (preferred).

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results and exceeding client expectations.

- Adaptability to take on responsibilities beyond the set job description based on company needs.
