Key Responsibilities


- Assist in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies in the SEO industry.

- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events to foster business growth.

- Manage CRM data accurately using tools like Hubspot and provide insightful reports for strategic decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine business strategies and align them with client needs and market trends.

- Provide data analysis to support financial planning, performance assessment, and strategic decision-making.

- Identify potential new markets and clients to support Passionfruit’s expansion goals.

- Continuously learn about industry trends, best practices, and cutting-edge technologies in SEO and AI.


Qualifications and Skills


- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) for managing customer relationships efficiently (mandatory).

- Experience in market research to gather and analyze data about market trends and customer preferences (mandatory).

- Strong lead generation skills through various channels such as networking and cold outreach (mandatory).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, financial modeling, and reporting tasks.

- Skilled in data analysis to interpret datasets and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.

- Familiarity with financial modeling to assess business scenarios for planning purposes.

- Competitive analysis skills to evaluate market dynamics and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) for client interactions.
