Job Overview

We are seeking an Executive Soft Skill Trainer to join our team on a part-time, fixed-term contract basis. The position is based in Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Thiruvananthapuram. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years and up to 30 years of work experience. They will play a crucial role in enhancing the soft skills of our trainees, aligning with GenSpark India's mission to ignite careers in the tech industry.

  • exceptional communication skills (Mandatory skill) essential for engaging learners and delivering impactful training sessions
  • professional etiquette (Mandatory skill) required for maintaining a high standard of conduct in training and interactions
  • teamwork & collaboration (Mandatory skill) crucial for working effectively with other trainers and stakeholders
  • a deep understanding of corporate culture necessary for tailoring training sessions to fit organizational needs
  • strong problem-solving abilities vital for addressing challenges and providing innovative solutions
  • proficiency in critical thinking important for developing training strategies and evaluating training outcomes
  • experience in designing curriculum and training materials that are engaging and cater to varied learning styles
  • ability to assess skills and provide feedback that encourages growth and development in participants


Roles and Responsibilities

  • design and facilitate training sessions to improve soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and etiquette
  • conduct assessments to evaluate participants’ progress and implement improvements when necessary
  • collaborate with clients to understand specific training needs and tailor sessions accordingly
  • develop educational materials and resources for training programs
  • provide mentorship and feedback to enhance learners' personal and professional growth
  • stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in soft skill training and incorporate them into the curriculum
  • maintain records of training activities, attendees, and outcomes for reporting and future reference
  • engage with the team and stakeholders to ensure alignment with GenSpark India’s training objectives
