Job Overview

We are seeking a Freelance Microsoft Dynamics AX D365 F O Trainer to join our team at GenSpark India. This role offers the flexibility to work from various locations across Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, X++ programming, and will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions.

Training Duration

The training program is scheduled to last for 8 weeks offline, providing an intensive learning experience to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics AX D365 F O.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (Mandatory skill) to provide comprehensive training and support to learners.
• Strong expertise in X++ programming (Mandatory skill) for delivering practical programming lessons effectively.
• Experience with SSRS Reporting (Mandatory skill) to guide learners in generating reports and insights.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft SQL Server to instruct learners on managing databases and performing related tasks.
• Hands-on experience with MorphX IDE to enable effective development and customization of Dynamics solutions.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, instructing learners on collaborative development and version control practices.
• Familiarity with Lifecycle Services to provide learners with insights into effective project management and system monitoring.
• Experience in Power Platform Integration, facilitating the integration and automation of business processes for learners.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training modules focused on Microsoft Dynamics AX D365 F&O and related technologies.
• Assess the skill level of learners and adjust training strategies to optimize learning outcomes.
• Provide real-world examples and case studies to bridge the gap between theory and practical application.
• Evaluate learner progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the GenSpark team to develop tailored training plans and materials for clients.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics and incorporate them into training programs.
• Facilitate workshops or seminars to enhance company engagement and expand learner skillsets.
• Provide support and mentorship to learners, ensuring their confidence and capability in using the tools proficiently.
