We are seeking an Executive Java Trainer for our Thiruvananthapuram location. This hybrid role involves crafting and delivering impactful training programs to both new graduates and seasoned professionals. As a key player in GenSpark India's mission to enhance tech capabilities, you will harness your expertise in Java and related technologies to empower the next generation of software developers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven proficiency in Java programming with extensive practical experience.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, JavaScript, and Java (Mandatory skill).
• Solid understanding of Angular and React, enabling effective training sessions on these frameworks.
• Experience with Cloud Native applications, focusing on scalable and efficient software design.
• Proficiency in Typescript, allowing candidates to bridge gaps between JavaScript and modern app development.
• Demonstrable experience in designing training programs and course content tailored to diverse learning needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to learners of varying skill levels.
• Ability to assess training effectiveness and adapt methodologies to ensure optimal learner engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on Java, Spring Boot, and associated technologies.
• Create engaging course content that caters to different learning styles and paces.
• Conduct assessments to gauge the knowledge and understanding of trainees, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with GenSpark India management to continually refine training programs based on learner feedback and industry trends.
• Mentor and guide trainees, fostering a supportive learning environment and encouraging active participation.
• Stay abreast of emerging Java technologies and trends to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
• Facilitate hands-on coding sessions and real-world project simulations to enhance practical understanding.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials, incorporating feedback from past sessions.
