Job Overview

This is an exciting executive-level position located in Thiruvananthapuram for a fixed-term employment as a Genesys Trainer. The candidate will facilitate the training and development of professionals in using advanced communication technologies, emphasizing specific tools like Verint Intelligent Call Recording, Genesys, and AWS Connect to enhance their competencies and operational performance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in Verint Intelligent Call Recording (Mandatory skill) to effectively guide and mentor participants.
• Proficiency in Genesys technology platform (Mandatory skill), ensuring participants develop comprehensive mastery.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Connect (Mandatory skill) to facilitate learning and application of cloud technologies.
• Competence in Genesys Administrator Extension to manage and deploy telecommunication projects efficiently.
• Experience with Genesys Cloud usage, enabling students to adopt seamless communication solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse learners effectively.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities to address challenges in technology adoption and usage.
• Ability to design and implement tailored instructional materials to meet specific learning objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on Genesys and associated technologies for participants.
• Assess training needs and customize approaches to each client’s requirements to ensure effective learning.

• Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance skill development.
• Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate relevant advancements into training sessions.
• Collaborate with organizational leaders to align training initiatives with business goals.
• Support participants post-training to ensure successful implementation of learned technologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training materials and resources based on participant feedback.
