Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Field Assistant to join our dynamic team at GALANMELA INDIA in Hyderabad. This full-time position requires 1-3 years of relevant work experience. The Field Assistant will play a crucial role in executing event operations and management. Being in the field will offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to event success and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have event coordination skills to plan, organize, and execute various aspects of events seamlessly (Mandatory skill).
  • Vendor management experience to effectively manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate services and deliverables (Mandatory skill).
  • Adaptability is crucial for adjusting to changing situations and requirements quickly and efficiently (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in logistics management to ensure the smooth transportation and distribution of event materials and services.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities to handle multiple event-related tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Excellent teamwork skills to work collaboratively with different teams and departments to achieve common goals.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members, ensuring clarity and efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics and event operations to ensure seamless execution from setup to teardown.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery for events.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation stages of events, including site inspections and layout decisions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align event objectives and deliverables with customer expectations.
  • Gather and evaluate feedback from clients to improve event services and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal obligations associated with event management.
  • Maintain detailed records of event operations, challenges, and improvements for future reference.
  • Provide on-ground support during events, addressing any issues or changes swiftly and effectively.
