We are looking for a very committed person, sex no bar, with relevant on the field experience in overseeing our decor department from design to execution. This person needs to have indepth knowledge about all types of decorations for all types of functions (birthdays, anniversaries, pre-wedding, marrigae, reception, baby shower, naming, etc etc. Indepth knowledge of all the procurement and usage of the materials related to decorations from 5k to 1 crore. Has to recruit own team of manpower and own everything in this segment. Willing to work odd hours as is the requirement of this industry, and take complete accountability and ownership of the expected outcomes.
