Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team at GALANMELA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. This is a full-time, mid-level position located in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of work experience in event management and customer-focused roles. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and facilitating the flawless execution of our unique event solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in event management with expertise in organizing, planning, and executing events efficiently.
- Strong vendor management skills to effectively liaise and negotiate with suppliers for successful event execution.
- Proficiency in decoration planning to meet client expectations and enhance the overall event atmosphere.
- Ability to work efficiently in both fieldwork and inside sales environments, balancing on-site and strategic tasks.
- Committed to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
- Proven track record in enhancing business profitability through innovative and cost-effective event solutions.
- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated event planning and execution.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and tailor event solutions that align with their vision and budget.
- Oversee the entire event lifecycle, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Coordinate with various internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality event services.
- Lead on-site event activities and supervise staff to guarantee events run smoothly and efficiently.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather client feedback and implement improvements for future events.
- Drive customer loyalty by maintaining long-term relationships and providing exceptional post-event support.
- Analyze market trends to identify new service opportunities and enhance our event offerings.
- Manage budget allocations effectively to maximize resources and contribute to organizational profitability.
