Job Summary:
The International Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with international clients through calls and chat platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to handle multiple clients across different time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Engage with international clients through calls, emails, and chat platforms to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to potential clients.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and customer needs.
Sales Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.
Customer Support: Provide excellent post-sales support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets. Provide regular reports to management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in international sales, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
Sales Skills: Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, closing deals, and customer retention.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, sales platforms, and chat tools.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and provide innovative solutions to client needs.
Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to cultural differences and an understanding of international markets.
Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including late nights or early mornings, to accommodate different time zones.
Education:
Degree: Bachelor’s degree.
