About the role

Futuremug is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our growing team. If you enjoy connecting with people, handling client conversations, and converting leads into customers, this role is for you!

 Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential clients and pitch our services

* Handle inbound inquiries and follow up for conversions

* Maintain and update client details in CRM/database

* Share accurate information about services and pricing

* Coordinate with sales and project teams for smooth client onboarding

Requirements:

* Experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales role

* Strong communication and persuasion skills

* Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively

* Basic knowledge of Excel and MS Office

* Prior exposure to corporate/event services is a plus
