Position: Technical Recruiter – Interviewer Hiring

About Us
We are an Interview Outsourcing company specializing in end-to-end technical interview management for clients across various industries. We build and manage expert technical panels (8+ to 25+ years experienced professionals) across diverse technologies and domains.
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for hiring and onboarding senior technical interviewers across multiple skill sets.
Key Responsibilities
Source and hire experienced technical interviewers (8 to 25+ years of experience) across various technologies.
Understand client JDs and map them to relevant technical experts.
Build and maintain a strong database of senior-level technical professionals.
Screen, evaluate, and assess interviewer suitability based on technical depth, communication skills, and domain expertise.
Coordinate with internal teams for panel onboarding and documentation.
Maintain structured recruiter trackers and reporting in Excel / Google Sheets.
Use AI tools (including ChatGPT) for JD analysis, candidate screening assistance, and communication optimization.
Work on bulk and niche skill hiring depending on business requirements.
Maintain turnaround time (TAT) and quality benchmarks.
Create and present recruitment reports and hiring dashboards to management.
Ensure continuous pipeline creation for high-demand technologies.
Required Skills
0-2 years of experience in Technical Recruitment.
Strong experience in sourcing senior-level IT professionals.
Good understanding of various technologies (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, Data, Cloud, AI/ML, etc.).
Excellent working knowledge of:
Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
Google Sheets
MS Office 365 Suite
Presentation tools (PowerPoint / Google Slides)
Experience using recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT and other sourcing/screening tools).
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Ability to work on multiple skill sets simultaneously.
Strong database management and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience hiring senior-level technical professionals (8+ years).
Experience in Interview-as-a-Service / RPO / Staffing / HR Tech companies.
Exposure to niche and emerging technologies.
Experience managing bulk panel onboarding.
