Job Title : Freelance Mechanical Engineering Interviewer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Freelance Interviewer to conduct in-depth interviews with professionals in mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct high-quality, in-depth interviews with mechanical engineering professionals via phone, video, or in-person

- Prepare for interviews by researching the industry and developing thoughtful questions

- Take detailed notes during interviews and provide summaries of key points

Key Responsibilities as Mechanical Lead:

- Oversee the entire mechanical functions of an organization

- Handle a team of mechanical engineers

- Design and development of new fixtures, creation of drawings, updating of existing designs

- Coordinate with fabrication vendors for manufacturing

- Support in Mechanical Test protocol creation, Test execution, identifying requirements for test set up, helping in dry run, Creation of Test Method Validation Protocol (TMV)

Technical Expectations:

- 8+ years of experience in mechanical design, development, and testing

- Expertise in CAD software (preferably SolidWorks)

- Strong understanding and experience with materials, manufacturing methods, and 3D printing

- Expertise in Mechanical testing – Verification & Validation (Test Method Validation using industry standard methods like Gage R&R and ANOVA)
