Experience : 6 months to 2 Years

▪️ Install, configure, and maintain software and peripherals.

▪️ Document technical support cases and resolutions.

▪️ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.

▪️ Train and guide customers on system usage.

▪️ Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective support.

▪️ Participate in product testing and provide feedback.

🔧 Skills & Qualifications:

▪️ Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and software applications.

▪️ Experience troubleshooting technical issues.

▪️ Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

▪️ Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.

▪️ Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools.

▪️ Customer-focused attitude with a knack for problem-solving.

▪️ Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus!
