About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior UX Designer to lead and execute exceptional user experiences across our digital platforms. With over 8 years of industry experience, you will take ownership of the end-to-end UX process—leveraging user research, usability testing, information architecture, and interaction design to drive product success and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and lead user research to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Design and execute usability testing sessions to validate concepts, prototypes, and final experiences
- Develop and maintain information architecture that ensures intuitive navigation and user flow
