We are an HR Tech company based in Trivandrum, offering hiring support to MNCs across India through interview ,assessments and recruitment services. We have a network of 4000+ experienced professionals who take interviews in their available time slots.

We’re looking for experienced professionals across various domains who can take up freelance interviews for our clients. Interviews are conducted remotely, and schedules are flexible based on your availability. And currently we are looking at panels for the given description.

Job Description

What will your role look like

• Lead and manage 3-4 Salesforce implementations end-to-end.
• Ensure they align with business requirements and achieve desired outcomes.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce products, licensing models, and industry clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce integrations with third-party systems andapplications.
• Provide insights and solutions based on your experience working across at least fivediverse industry domains (e.g., retail, finance, healthcare, etc.).
• Salesforce Security & Data Structures: Demonstrate a strong grasp of Salesforcesecurity models, data structures, and common business use cases, ensuring complianceand best practices in data management.
• Stay up to date with emerging Salesforce trends and best practices, leveraging newfeatures and capabilities for continuous improvement.
•  Prepare and maintain detailed documentation on implementations, integrations, and
• processes. 
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and teams through written reportsand presentations.
• AppExchange Product Development: Contribute to the development of AppExchangeproducts, ensuring compatibility with Salesforce and industry standards.
