Vision Sync FZCO, a vibrant and young IT Consulting organization is looking to hire inside sales professionals ( Freshers or with 1-2 Year experience in relevant job) for its growing sales team in Thiruvananthapuram. Below is the Job description for the job profile :

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls and write cold emails to generate leads and qualify prospects.

Research and identify potential customers using various online platform and tools.

Maintain accurate and up to date records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.

Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Stay informed about industry trends, market developments and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

BBA , MBA or English Graduates with Bachelor of Education background.

Looking for a fresher who is interested in starting a career in sales.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written & proficiency in Microsoft office.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Flexibility to work as per Middle East time zone.
